Packages broken

Hi everyone,

There are some broken packages on my machine, but I cannot fix. When I
re-install a package, another package is broken. Please help.

It looks like your package db has been corrupted, possibly some files got
deleted by accident?

I think the least painful think to do here is to wipe the package database
and start over: `rm -r ~/.ghc'
